Exceptional Staffing Solutions is a wonderful company! They actually care about their employees. They do everything they can to make sure everyone is happy and healthy. They all communicate very well and very consistently with their staff. I. Have never had a bad interaction with anyone in the office or any other staff. They hire wonderful and caring staff to help with the needs of the communities they staff. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

I have worked for different companies before and I can tell you that ESS has a great work environment! Everyone is very proactive and consistent in communication. The entire team displays a high level of professionalism yet connects and relates with clients and clinicians; even with each other. The company dynamic keeps you motivated to learn and grow while making sure you prioritize rest and slow days as well!
